Chat, Cowork or Code?

  1. Chat: For quick, single pieces. A social graphic, a slide image, a caption, a resized version. Fastest way to get going.
  2. Cowork: For working with your files. Decks, documents and folders on your computer. Point it at your template or your notes and let it build.
  3. Code: For pages and anything you publish. Web pages, interactive pieces, motion and anything kept in a repo. You can keep adding requests while it works.

In Claude chat, Cowork and Code

  1. Download the ZIP above. Don't unzip it.
  2. In Claude, open Settings › Capabilities and make sure Code execution and file creation is on.
  3. On the same page, under Skills, choose Upload skill and pick the ZIP.
  4. Check that wbt-brand appears in the list and is switched on.
  5. Start a new chat and ask for what you need, for example “Make an Instagram post with a client quote from our website.” Claude picks the skill up whenever you mention WBT or Work Better Together.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an admin may need to turn on skills for the organization first. If you had an older WBT skill installed (wbt-brand-designer or wbt-collage), delete it so only this one runs.

Install for a team

  1. On a Team or Enterprise plan, your Claude admin (often IT) can add the skill once in the organization’s settings. That makes it available to the whole team, so nobody has to upload it on their own.
  2. Want to try it first? If your IT team allows it, a few people can install it on their own accounts to test before it rolls out to everyone.
  3. One upload works in chat, Cowork and Claude Code. Claude Code picks it up when you sign in with the same account.

To update, download the newest ZIP here and upload it again in Claude, replacing the old one.
